Join us at The Grove on Saturday, March 29th, from 6pm to 9pm for an evening of culinary excellence and wine prepared by Sami Marquez, founder of Vino Trece & Co.
This will be an elegant affair - dress to impress - to experience a land and sea multicourse pairing dinner infusing Spanish and Pacific Northwest cuisine with bold flavors that defy traditional boundaries.
Be greeted with a welcome glass of bubbles or rosé and make your way to the Tapas Table to find a variety of options from fresh oysters and scratch sauces, Oregon mushroom & herb skewers, smoked ceviche tostada ites, spring salad, and a caviar station.
We'll make our way to sit for a plated main course featuring a grilled Pacific Northwest-raised steak, signature whipped polenta, purple potatoes, chimichurri and a scratch Oregon mushroom sauce. Paired with a bold Pinot Noir.
Finishing off with an unconventional dessert, the "Chef's Surprise," featuring an herbal digestif treat. Paired with a fruit-forward Pinot.
